Long-Term stays require a deposit for electricity (~$200), which is refunded before departure as long as the customer account is paid in full.
Non-metered sites will enter a gentlemen's agreement with the owner upon arrival at check-in

Only monthly reservations are being accepted until further notice - Seasonal and/or weekend sites are not available at this time.
Open all year - water hook-ups available in winter! (You will be responsible for insulating your own RV and water point, all our water lines are buried beneath the frost line)
There are no age restriction for RV or trailers, all we ask is that the unit be in good repair. Any unit that is determined to be in poor repair will not be admitted for long term stays, while units in extremely poor repair will not be admitted at all.

Our definition of "Family" is defined as Father, Mother, and minor children only
Once your child has reached 18, they are considered to be an adult and head of their own household, regardless of address
Other family members (such as grandparents, cousins, uncles, etc...) are visitors during your stay
In addition to extra adults, Contractors that have fellow co-workers staying with them will be charged a full rate ($500) for the first adult, then half rate for the next ($250), then half rate again for the third guest ($125), etc...
