Larger 420 lb tanks can be moved by the owner via skid loader with appropriate notice. Price is currently $2/gal +tax
Our definition of "Family" is defined as Father (husband), Mother (wife), and minor children only. Once your child has reached 18, they are considered to be a legal adult and head of their own household, regardless of address.
Contractors that have fellow co-workers staying with them will be charged a monthly fee of ($250*) for the first visitor, ($125*) for the second visitor, and ($62.50*) for the third visitor, etc...
Visitors are considered to be anyone that is staying with you that is not your husband, wife, or minor children, unless otherwise specified upon registration with the office.
Adults = $10/day to $250/month
Children under 18 = Free

Camping is an outdoor experience - no refunds due to weather! First months rent required to hold reservation and is nonrefundable should your plans change.
Long-Term stays require a cash deposit for electricity (~$200), and site deposit (~$500) which is refunded before departure as long as the customer account is paid in full and the site is in good condition.
There is no age restriction for RV or trailers, all we ask is that the unit be in good repair.
Units that are not in good repair will not be admitted . If you are worried about the age of your RV please text photos to the office for approval.
Pit Bulls (including but not limited to American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Bully), Rottweiler's, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf Mix, German Shepherds, or any breed that shows overly protective or aggressive qualities per ORC 955.11.
There is a small laundry room on site for your convenience. Two washers, two dryers, and a small folding table.

Quarters are available to purchase by the roll ($10) in the office
Please use a koozie and keep “hard liquor” at your site. Anyone who has had too much to drink and is causing problems will be asked to leave immediately without refund!
The restrooms and shower house are closed for the foreseeable future. All RV reservations require working facilities within their unit.
24 hour emergency campground maintenance. Campground is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance. All management carry firearms and CCW permits. (Ohio gun laws)
The Buckeye Trail enters Spring Valley from the east, following Old US 42 into the village, where it joins and runs concurrently with the Little Miami Scenic Trail north.
The Spring Valley Wildlife Lake is a 0.2 mile walk from the campground.

The Little Miami Scenic Trail can be found by taking the shortcut path at the Spring Valley Wildlife Area. Approximate Coordinates: 39.56393, -84.02057
We are next to the Spring Valley Wildlife Area, a 842-acre wildlife area is situated in the gently rolling agricultural region of southwest Ohio.
