- Alcohol/Drugs: The campground has a zero tolerance for illegal drugs and their activities. Violators will be reported to the local law enforcement authorities and asked to leave the park immediately without a refund. No alcohol consumption by minors is allowed. Please use a “koozie” while in public and keep hard liquor at your RV Site. Any guest or visitor who appears drunk, disorderly, disruptive, or who violates any of the conditions of this agreement must leave the premises immediately upon request by the owner/manager. Any guest who refuses to leave the premises after being requested to leave for any reason is considered a trespasser and is subject to arrest by lawful authorities.
- Cabins: Closed until further notice.
- Campfires: Fire rings are in designated locations and shall not be moved for any reason. Fires are not to exceed 2 feet above the fire ring. Campers may burn only untreated wood and shall not burn plastic, garbage, food, or other materials unsuitable for campfires. Campers may use fire starter logs or may burn paper only while attempting to properly start a campfire, not to maintain it. All accelerants including, but not limited to, gasoline, kerosene, etc. are prohibited from use on campfires.
- Cancellations/Refunds: No refunds – We’ll try to accommodate you, but once you make a reservation you are locked in, and the site is yours. Frontier Campground will attempt to accommodate all such requests to re-schedule, however, there is no guarantee the guest will receive the requested site, location, or preferred date of arrival. All rescheduling will be granted based upon availability and site vacancies. Frontier Campground will not provide a refund of any portion of camping fees due to the discomforts of nature, weather, early departure, or removal.
- Cash Deposits: A refundable cash deposit is required upon registration, before occupying the site. The RV site security deposit is $500, and the electric security deposit is $200. Deposits will be refunded to the guest during the check-out process, given that they have kept the RV site in clean order without damage and settled all electric charges during their reservation.
- Check In: Begins at 1 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No check-in on Sunday as the office is closed. All guests must check in and register with the owner/manager before occupying a camping site. All fees, deposits, and required documents are due at the time of registration.
- Check Out: Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Prior to vacating the RV Site, Frontier Campground will determine what amount of the RV Site and Electric Security Deposit, if any, shall be returned. Full discretion in determining damage to any site and return of security deposit lies solely with Frontier Campground. Any personal property left on the premises after a guest has vacated the premises is considered abandoned and is subject to ORC 3729.13.
- Conduct and Safety: Sex offenders are prohibited from staying at the campground, regardless of guest/visitor status. Anyone found to be in violation of this rule will be asked to leave the campground immediately and without a refund. Profanity is prohibited. Public displays of affection are prohibited. Firearms or fireworks are prohibited. Littering is prohibited. Appropriate attire is required while in public and outside spaces within the campground. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. until sunrise! We prefer “cemetery quiet” here…this means, stay up all night if you wish but, keep the noise to such a level that only your site is affected. The “creek” isn’t a creek…it’s an overflow of rain from surrounding farms; this is private property, no trespassing! Noise complaints must be addressed to and will be handled by the Campground owner or manager. Your cooperation and consideration of others in the campground is appreciated.
- Contractors: Contractors that have fellow co-workers staying with them will be charged a monthly fee of ($250*) for the first visitor, ($125*) for the second visitor, and ($62.50*) for the third visitor, etc...
- Creek: The “creek” is not a creek, but an overflow from the surrounding farm areas. This area is prohibited from entering as it is private property.
- Drones and Model Toys: Drones may not be flown in any part of or above the campground. Engine-powered, self-propelled radio-controlled, or free sailing model and toy airplanes, rockets, boats, cars, sirens, or other noisemaking devices are not permitted to be operated within the campground.
- Electric: Metered sites are charged $0.18/kwh. All reservations are subject to a cash deposit for electricity ($200), due upon registration before occupying the site, which is refunded before departure if the guest’s account is paid in full. Non-metered sites will enter a gentlemen's agreement with the owner/manager upon arrival at check-in: Travel Trailer ~$80/month; 5th Wheel ~$100/month; Class A ~$120/month
- Facility Rent: Sheds are available for $1/day and are subject to availability.
- Garbage: All guests are responsible for their own refuse. All cardboard boxes must be flattened. Only bagged household refuse should be placed in the receptacles (no tires, mattresses, furniture, automotive parts, appliances, remodeling debris, etc.). Every collection day, the garbage truck takes an AI picture of the dumpster before it empties it. If the dumpster is overflowing, the campground’s account is charged an additional $80. These rules apply to all campground customers, as well as their visitors. Any guest/visitor found in violation of these rules will be charged with an $80 fee. Contractors using any campground dumpster instead of their construction site dumpsters will be charged with theft of services in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Title XXIX 2913.04.
- Guests: All Guests are required to always have the following documents on file with the office, due upon registration: a current and valid credit or debit card; a valid photo ID; and proof of registration of the RV unit, either a copy of the title or a copy of the lender agreement.
- Late Fees: A $25.00 one-time late fee plus $5.00 per day past the due date will be charged to the account if payment is not received within 5 days after the due date.
- Liability: Frontier Campground is not responsible or liable for loss caused by fire, theft, or Acts of God (although not required, guests are encouraged to have enough insurance for their personal property, camper, and vehicle(s).
- Office: Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.
- Packages and Mail: No regular mail shall be accepted by the campground, please use a PO Box. All packages must be delivered to the office, not the RV site.
- Parents and Children: No one under the age of 18 is allowed to camp on the premises unless accompanied by an adult. You are responsible for the safety and welfare of your children while they are staying at the campground. Any damage will be charged to the CC on file. At the time of registration, guests shall provide Frontier Campground with the name, home address, and age of each person who will be staying at the registered RV site. For each child under the age of 18 years, the guest will provide the name, address, and phone number of the legal guardian for that child, and the name, address, and phone number of the person on premises who is responsible for that child.
- Pets: Only 2 pets are allowed per site. All pets are required to be leashed (Unless enclosed and supervised in the dog park area). Any lead staked at an RV site must be less than 6 feet long and positioned in such a way that the pet cannot reach a neighboring RV site per ORC 955.22 and OAC 1501:46-3-06. Keep them quiet, especially if you leave the campground and the pet is left unattended. Persistent barking will not be tolerated and will result in the removal of the animal from the premises. Anyone found not cleaning up after their pet will be asked to leave without a refund. Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls (including but not limited to American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Bully), Rottweiler's, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf Mix, German Shepherds, or any breed that shows overly protective or aggressive qualities per ORC 955.11. If you lie about what your dog's breed is and show up with a restricted breed you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund! All service dogs are permitted on the property with proper documentation. Frontier Campground reserves the right to refuse any dog on the premises for any reason and reserves the right to compel any dog to be removed from the premises for any reason without the use of any further lawful process, regardless of whether such a dog has been properly registered with its owner and the site. Guests are encouraged to obtain insurance for any injuries caused by their pets while at the campground.
- Propane: $2.99/gallon +sales tax (7%). Prices subject to change without notice. 20lbs: 4.5 gallons 30lbs: 7 gallons 40lbs: 9 gallons 100lbs: 25 gallons 420lbs: 95 gallons . Please identify all propane tanks with your last name and site number. Place by propane station and alert the owner/manager. 420lbs/95-gallon tanks can be moved by the owner via skid loader with appropriate notice. It is suggested that you have a backup propane tank to use while the other is getting filled.
- Reservations: All registered guests are required to sign a Campsite Use Agreement in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 3729.12. Guests must be 21+ to make a reservation (and be in the reservation party). 1 (one) month = 4 (four) weeks = 28 nights. Campsites may not be sublet, loaned, borrowed, or subleased to anyone other than the registered guest(s). Short-term reservation extensions will be processed at a daily rate ($40*) or weekly rate ($250*).
- RVs: No RV unit older than 10 (ten) years shall be accepted into the campground without approval from the owner/manager. All RV units must be self-sustaining units. It is suggested that you always have a backup water supply in your holding tank, a backup propane tank, and a generator. Guests are required to wash their RV’s once per year, after first obtaining permission from the owner/manager.
- RV Sites: All reservations are subject to a cash deposit ($500,) due upon registration before occupying the site. Only one picnic table is supplied per site. Guests shall not damage picnic tables. Do not put rugs on the grass unless you speak to owner/manager first. You will be asked to remove it otherwise and may incur a fee for damaging the grass. Clotheslines are prohibited. Large appliances can be placed outside of an RV without permission from the owner/manager. Site ornaments, decorations, or improvements must be pre-approved by the owner/manager and kept within the assigned RV site area. Any alterations to RV sites, shrubbery, trees, or surrounding areas are prohibited. Guest maintenance and all furnishings and upgrades by guest must be approved by the owner/manager beforehand and if not removed by the end of stay are property of the campground upon vacating the RV site.
- RV Site Maintenance: All long-term reservations are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their assigned RV site. This includes, but is not limited to: Utility Checks: regularly inspecting and maintaining the functionality of water hookups, electrical outlets, and sewer connections at the assigned RV site; Groundskeeping: mowing grass, trimming hedges, removing debris, and maintaining the overall appearance of the RV site area; and Seasonal Adjustments: performing specific maintenance tasks based on the time of year, like winterizing plumbing systems or clearing snow from parking area. If maintenance and upkeep cannot be completed by Guest, a $50/month maintenance fee will be added to the account.
- Shower House and Restrooms: Closed until further notice. All RV unitsmust be self-contained and self-sufficient.
- Tents: No tent camping is permitted anywhere in the Campground.
- Vehicles and Traffic: Speed limit throughout the campground is 5 mph. All car passes must be easily visible on the rearview mirror facing out or on the dashboard. Golf carts are prohibited. Any empty RV site is rentable and needs to stay open for incoming reservations unless otherwise agreed upon by both guest/visitor and the owner/manager. The registered guest assumes all responsibility for all visitors to the site. The maximum number of vehicles per site is two (2); however, no site is guaranteed two (2) vehicles. Some sites do not have parking spaces available to accommodate two (2) vehicles and some vehicles may be too large for the site parking. Additional vehicles or vehicles too large to fit on the site must be parked in storage or overflow parking, which are available on premises. Self-washing of vehicles is not allowed within the campground. All guests and their visitors must sign in at the office before entering the campground and obtain a car pass. Any vehicle found without a car pass is considered trespassing.
- Visitors: Our definition of "Family" is defined as Father (husband), Mother (wife), and minor children only. Once your child has reached 18, they are a legal adult and head of their own household, regardless of address. Visitors are anyone that is staying with you, that is not your husband, wife, or minor children, unless otherwise specified upon registration with the office. If visitors are to arrive after the office is closed, please register them in advance to pay the fee if applicable and secure a car pass. All registered visitors must leave the premises before 10:00 p.m. All visitors agree to abide by all rules listed herein, and all rules posted on the premises, and all rules provided to them by the owner/manager. Guest acknowledges that failure to abide by any rule or term of this agreement may result in the visitor(s) immediate removal from the premises.
- Water: Free from privately owned well. Water pressure = 45-50psi. It is suggested that you always have a backup water supply in your holding tank as well as a regulator and in-line filter properly installed in your RV. If you are planning to be absent from the campground for an extended period or during extreme cold weather, please turn off water to your RV, as well as the campground spigot (located 3 feet down the drainpipe), then open the water lines to bleed extra water to avoid damaging your RV unit. Winterization is required for all RV’s. Any RV found with water lines that are not properly insulated will be disconnected from the water line to prevent damage of campground property.

Note: The owner/manager shall make every effort to enforce the rules and regulations equally and promptly. However, guests/visitors agree that enforcement is a private matter between the owner/manager and the guest/visitor. The enforcement or lack thereof will not result in any damage or claim by any guest/visitor against the owner/manager or constitute a waiver of the campground’s right to enforce the rules/regulations or agreements.
