Additional Adults/Guests

Our definition of "Family" is defined as Father, Mother, and minor children only
Once your child has reached 18, they are considered to be an adult and head of their own household, regardless of address
Other family members (such as grandparents, cousins, uncles, etc...) are visitors during your stay
Contractors that have fellow co-workers staying with them will be charged a full rate ($800-$1,000*) for the first adult, then half rate for the next ($400-$500*), then half rate again for the third guest ($200-$250*), etc...
